The plants peculiarity is a modern accredited laboratory which isequipped with a complex of stands and devices for carrying out tests.Its professional staff which has many years experience of work in the area of development and testing of mechanical rubber goods will controlthe quality of production. General-purpose conveyor belts
1 - carrying side rubber cover;
2 - fabric insert ply (carcass);
3 - rubber gasket;
4 - back rubber cover.
The type 2 belts are made of rubber carcass, carrying and back rubber covers with rubber capped edges.
The type 3 belts are made of rubber carcass and carrying rubber cover with cut edges.
The type 4 belts are made of rubber-fabric carcass and rubber carrying and back covers with cut edges.
Conveyor belts have a strict marking every 10-20 m along the belt.
The marking includes:
- trademark of the enterprise;
- belt type and sort;
- cloth type;
- width and amount of side irons;
- thickness of rubber linings and class of rubber;
- number of a belt;
- part due date.
According to the conditions of exploitation andpurpose Co Limited "Arlite" produces the bets of types 2, 3, 4 and suchkind of belts as general-purpose, heat-resistant and shaft belts.Conveyor belts produced by our enterprise obey the State Standarddemands 20-85, GSTU 12.00185790.001-99 and technological regulationapproved in a determined order.
General-purpose belts are used to transportdifferent kind of lump, bulk and unit-load cargos: from ferrous andnonferrous metal ores, competent rocks, coal, soft rocks, littleabrasive and nonabrasive materials at temperature from - 45° to +65°.
